Developed in the UK by specialists with extensive clinical experience, the app utilizes clinically proven techniques that are easy to learn and can assist you in leading a happier, more relaxed, stress-free life.

The app aids in mood monitoring and teaches relaxation techniques such as meditation and deep muscle relaxation, which have been demonstrated to help individuals better cope with stressful situations through practice. It also features a 'thought trainer' program based on cognitive behavioral therapy to assist you in managing negative thoughts. The app has no usage restrictions—users can choose to engage for short intervals before stressful moments or use it regularly to enhance resilience and maintain stress levels.
